The so-called “Civil Rights” lie was exposed very early on, that is why enlightened Unionists and Protestants wanted nothing to do with it, they realised what the real purpose was.
When the so-called “Civil Rights” movement was in it`s infancy, Bernadette Devlin, one of the prominent activists of the movement, went to see the late Ian Paisley. To the best of my knowledge the meeting took place at his home.
Bernadette Devlin ask Ian Paisley if he would support the demands for “Civil Rights” for all the citizens of N.Ireland?
He replied that he would be happy to do so, if the so-called “Civil Rights” marchers carried a Union Jack flag at the front of their march!
Why did Bernadette not like the Union flag?
Naturally Bernadette Devlin rejected the idea, and by doing so, her reaction revealed that the so-called “Civil Rights” movement was not really about “Civil Rights” at all.
It was merely a hate filled street campaign, carried out by a largely troublesome group of individuals, who hated all things British, all things Protestant, and whose real intention was the destruction of the state of N.Ireland.

There is a simple fact about the attempted re-writing of history, being attempted by the IRA/MI5 terror movement, which should be carefully noted.
