HITTING THE NAIL ON THE HEAD

Since the emergence of the NAMA scandal into the public domain, a huge amount of audio and written comment has been made about it.

Surprisingly, the only one who has managed to “hit the nail on the head” so far, has been the usually pedantic and pedantry driven Eamon Maille!

He simply stated that the “Stormont committee” which is supposed to be investigating the matter must call Jamie Bryson as a witness if it is to have any credibility.

Jamie Bryson has already stated a few times he is ready and willing to appear before the committee.

It is now up to the committee to prove they are genuine. I don`t believe they are. I don`t believe the Stormont committee  will dare call either William Locke or Jamie Bryson to appear before it.

Incidently it is worth keeping in mind, the people who are presently MLA`s at Stormont were only elected with a mandate up until May 2015.

Whenever they were elected they agreed between themselves to add an extra year to the electoral term, thereby instantly awarding themselves one extra years salary and one extra years expenses.  It is all legal of course BUT it is blatantly IMMORAL, they are just a collection of murderers, thieves and robbers who carry out their legal crimes simply because they can get away with it.

Such people are never going to truthfully investigate anything!

I suspect the term “hitting the nail on the head,”  originated from the Biblical incident below.

Judges 4:18 And Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said unto him, Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; fear not. And when he had turned in unto her into the tent, she covered him with a mantle.

19 And he said unto her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. And she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him drink, and covered him.

20 Again he said unto her, Stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and enquire of thee, and say, Is there any man here? that thou shalt say, No.

21 Then Jael Heber’s wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.

22 And, behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael came out to meet him, and said unto him, Come, and I will shew thee the man whom thou seekest. And when he came into her tent, behold, Sisera lay dead, and the nail was in his temples.

23 So God subdued on that day Jabin the king of Canaan before the children of Israel.
