She is certainly not frightened of Peter Pinnochio Punt, Timothy Johnston or Mr Cheeky sod. So why is she frightened of Valerie Shaw?

The question WHY is found all through the Bible. It is put there to get the attention of the reader, to cause the reader to ponder the question and search out the answers. If you can answer all the “Whys” in the Bible it is almost certain you will be a very wise and happy person. You may not be rich, famous or powerful but you will be something better, you will be wise and happy.

Here are just some of the most well known “WHYS” in the Bible.

Genesis 4:6 And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

Psalm 2:2 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

Psalm 10:1  Why standest thou afar off, O Lord? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?

Palm 22:1  My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

Psalm 42:5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

Isaiah 1:5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.

Matthew 6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

Matthew 13:10  And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?

Matthew 27:46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Acts 26:14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
