It could be that the whole issue surrounding the wide scale UK abuses needs exactly someone like Richard Kerr to take the matter to a new level of seriousness. Not only does he have first hand knowledge of the scenario, he also comes across in the “Media” as a very eloquent spokesperson with an almost “charismatic type of persona.”
As a matter of fact I find it very strange that the practitioners and purveyors of “charismatic persona” such as the movie industry and theatre people, have never approached Richard Kerr or victims like him, in order to highlight the victims awful plight on the big screen?????
