Quite hilariously the inquiry has inadvertently identified a pervert peer who likes to abuse young men in the back seat of his limo!

Anthony Daly identifies him as “Lord Back seat” in his book about the Playland scandal. He also identifies the late Jim Molyneux as a pervert.
