Dear Judith,
Last week two PSNI officers read the statement you made to them, in my presence at Musgrave street police station.
From what I can remember the video of Ross Kemp on the Woodvale Road has caused you great distress.
I would like to point out a few facts which may put your mind to rest.
1. I have never met Ross Kemp before.
2. The incident was not pre-arranged.
3. I had no prior information that Ross Kemp would be at the Woodvale Road on the 12th night.
4. If you take a close look at the video clip you will notice Kemp comes from behind the police lines when I appeared. He then positioned himself right in front of me and started performing to his cameraman.
The two police officers also asked me about my website, Twitter account and Facebook accounts. I answered all their questions accordingly.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you I am responsible for everything stated on the website and Youtube site. I am now apologising for the distress you have been caused.
I have also stated on the Police interview tapes that I am very happy to meet you face to face to hear you voice your concerns.
As I have only heard your statement read once it is highly possible that I have failed to address all your concerns. I will take time to time to listen to the tapes again and write you a further letter as I get a clearer picture of everything you said.
Yours Sincerely
Sam Flanagan
