Here is some Scots/Irish trivia. It turns out the latest DID collectible model figure is based upon a movie figure. The movie is called CROSS OF IRON and it originated from a book of the same name.

Guess what? The movie actor who played the lead figure was called James Coburn and he is of Scots/Irish descent.

Apparently the movie was a big success in Germany! I remember reading the book years ago. It was a book which seemed to be very popular with Loyalists, just like the SVEN HASSEL books which were very popular during the same era.
