In afternoon time I then read this article which gives more background information.
At the moment, it seems to me like this whole situation has developed because no effective means were taken to stop or detect Chess cheating in it`s early stages.
It will be interesting to see what measures female players can cause to be implemented, as angry, aggrieved, sleighed and possibly hysterical women can be incredibly persistent in getting what they want?
As a matter of fact all the women players would be better breaking away from FIFA and forming their own federation. They would probably draw a lot more sponsorship from wealthy entities than FIFA presently does.

For example, how do you actually bring the matter before the courts?
How much do they cost?
How would you go about prosecuting any individual who breaks one?
Do they do any discount Super Injunctions for the unemployed or people on DLA?
