Why was it never accepted as true when “Unionist” politicians and ordinary Unionists claimed there was widespread support for the IRA/MI5 terror groups, in the Irish Republic.

Why was it never accepted as true when the same people claimed the Irish government and Roman Catholic Church played a a key role in bringing the IRA into existence?

Ian Paisley was lambasted for saying such things by his “Unionist” opponents and Ecumeniacs!

Suddenly a “historian” makes the same claims and it is all acceptable?

The song they are singing here starts with the word “WHY?” You will also hear bagpipes as well.

HISTORIC MUSICAL ARCHIVE

During the mid 1970s to mid 1980s, the Abercorn nightclub in Belfast city centre was very popular. One of it`s most popular times was a Saturday afternoon, it was always packed, mostly with young people from the Unionist areas of Belfast.

In 1977 a soul group named “The Realistics” appeared there, Granada TV made a documentary bout the group`s week long stay in Belfast.

One of the group`s members in now in his 80s and a video is available online showing him at his 80th birthday.

“The Realistics” had also performed under an alias “The Fantastics.” You can see them below.
