Anyone who thinks the PSNI is going to enforce the restriction on the playing music in the Woodvale area is out of their mind.

The PSNI seem to become quite apprehensive when the street lighting goes out and Twaddell Ave is in darkness.  Everyone in N.Ireland knows what it means when the streetlights are put out. Everyone in N.Ireland except Matt Baggott that it, perhaps someone should explain to him.
