The heralded documentary “Live and let die”  has come and gone without causing barely a ripple in the murky depths of N.Ireland MSM.  Only a brief discussion between a blackmailed fruit from the Kincora Old Boys and an IRA/MI5 mouthpiece marked the showing of the programme.

I suppose if it had been a documentary dealing solely with  “Loyalist” collusion most of the local MSM whores would have been all over it today, particularly the Irish News.  Since the programme happened to deal with “Republican” collusion plus security services culpability the response of most of the MSM is to look the other way.

It was implied during the documentary that a number of  the victim`s families are to launch a legal bid to bring the paramilitary perpetrators and their handlers to account.  You can be sure the victim`s families will be standing alone on this issue. They will get no help from any political parties, they will get very little help from the MSM and the courts will place every obstacle in their way.

There is a big problem here.  The influence of  the “Intelligence services” does not merely focus on para-militaries.  Their web of influence extends to the political parties and to the MSM.  They have the dirt on all the major players in every spectrum, they can reach out of the shadows and bring a malign influence to bear on any facet of society.

If the victim`s families want to try and put the former Special Branch handlers in the dock, they are going to have to find a more ingenious way than a Chris Moore documentary.  I wonder just how many people were murdered to ensure the safety of J118 and Gerry Pinnochio Adams?

As I have said before, it looks like the victim`s families are alone on this one.
