My understanding of the latest Exaro article, is that it is implying it is actually the evidence compiled by individuals who investigated child abuse cases which is shedding light in the whole murky affair.  If this is so, it is a big indictment against the Metropolitan police force.

Fortunately those citizens who undertook the collecting of evidence did not seem to grasp the danger they were in, if they had they may have not carried out the task.  It is only a matter of time until the Elm Guest House affair, just like Kincora leads to the door of the “British” Intelligence services.
