Both the PSNI and the Irish News seem absolutely spooked out of their skins at the prospects of  “heightened tensions” over the forthcoming months. The whole front page of the Irish News is given over to whinging, whining Will Kerr lamenting the current state of play.

Mainly he is wailing about some “contentious” march down the Newtownards Rd at the incoming week end.  It cannot be the one in memory of the two  murdered UDR men, as that has never been deemed as “contentious” before, so I have no idea what he is blethering about. Looks like the pressure has gotten to him and he has lost his marbles.

I would be expecting very serious attempts to be made to end the street protests before much longer. Probably by some sort of cunning sabotage.
