The tragic death of Philippa Reynolds as she went about her lawful duties is sure to be compounded by the fact those responsible for her death will not receive the judgement they deserve.  By the time their legal representatives get to work, they will be only facing fairly light criminal charges.

I will be very surprised if the perpetrators get more than an 8 year jail term.  It would be great if Philippa`s family started a public crusade to make sure proper justice is dished out in this instance. I am sure they would get plenty of public support for such an endeavour.
