Simple, you don`t need a “Task force” for that.   It is best if it is done before the PEACEFUL PROTEST MOVEMENT secures the ability to close down ALL the roads at the SAME time.  The City center traders would then have something to really scream about.

It is time the “Useful idiots” removed Peter as leader of the Kincora Old Boys. That would certainly please most of the protestors I am sure.
