This article is about Russia but it is well worth reading for N.Ireland Protestants and Israeli Re-settlers.  It illustrates the devastating effects of a society so riddled with “government agents,” informers and “compromised” so-called leaders.

“They do not look nearly as young, feisty, and hipsterish as the world’s media have painted them; they look tired and dispirited and lost. This is because they have no idea what happens next.

Vladimir Putin is about to be inaugurated as Russia’s president again, after winning an election widely regarded in Russia as rigged entirely in his favor, and the prospect of another six years of President Putin—perhaps even 12—has put a chill on the protest movement and, it seems, on the country as a whole.

Three different groups within the protest movement have scheduled three different protests, and no one in the room has any idea whether any of the tens of thousands of people who took part in the winter’s protests will come out again.”

The paragraph above sounds like “Protestant, Unionist, Loyalist” N.Ireland!

When an unpopular government realises it is unpopular, it does not sit back and wait for an opposition to develope. It takes the initiative and creates a “phony oppostion” which it controls.  The leaders of the “controlled oppostion” will organise meaningless protests and rallies which will seem promising at the time but which are planned to go nowhere.

Usually the end result will produce a large number of people who oppose the government but who are so disillusioned and dispirited they give up hope of ever getting anywhere.  All this is easily accomplished when the average citizen does not realise what he is really trying to oppose, especially when they do not realise they are opposing a “leader” who is an Antichrist puppet!

Successful oppostion movements fall into two categories, the first category is the truly miraculous which God stirs up and sustains, like the Reformation.

The second category is those who are stirred up and maintained by “intelligence agencies,” from either within a nation or from an external source.
